30-day money-back guarantee
Every paid plan — Pro and Lifetime — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't feel more in control of your habit within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getdeaddicted.app from the address you used to sign up, within 30 days of the charge. Include your order or receipt reference if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to approve eligible refunds the same day we reply.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking) via our payment processor.
- Once approved, the refund typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Cancelling a subscription
Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime in two clicks from your dashboard, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not billed again. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period — use the 30-day guarantee above if you'd like your money back.
Lifetime plan
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. It is also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable because access and onboarding have been delivered.
India (INR) payments
For payments made in Indian Rupees, the same 30-day guarantee applies. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our Indian payment gateway and are subject to the same 5–10 business-day bank processing window.
